Exciting Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out lighting installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacements
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests and maintain BMS systems
  • Perform AHU/FCU filter changes and control panel maintenance
  • Change ballast and maintain log books
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
Requirements:
  • Electrically, mechanically, and plumbing qualified with City & Guilds Level 2&3 (17/18th edition if electrical)
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with good communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice

Candidates must be able to provide copies of their trade certificates and have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance. The company offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £24.00 per hour. The role involves working a 4's and 6's shift pattern, with continental shifts available.
