We are seeking an exceptional Adult Care Services Lead to join our High Needs Team in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of Adult Care Services, ensuring that our strategies are aligned with the latest national and local developments.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to the overall strategy and vision, facilitating case discussions, and maintaining current knowledge of changes in national and local contexts. You will also be expected to engage and encourage partnerships, formal and informal networks, to support staff development and enhance skills and knowledge for solution-focused/person-centred practice.
A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively communicate your insights to stakeholders within and outside the organization. You will also be required to meet the requirements of the professional regulator and provide expert advice and support to enable staff to develop new ways of working, translating legislation, guidance, and policies into sound practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Adult Care Services.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policy developments.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
- Support operational manager with service improvements.
Salary and Benefits:
Up to £43,516 per annum, depending on experience.
