We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively scheduling work to our field resources, ensuring all necessary work is completed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritise their workload. They will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and technicians, to optimise operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
