About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Ambitions Personnel. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via telephone, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Source and provide information to customers, arranging solutions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a friendly and supportive office environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling customer information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration, preferably in a busy and dynamic office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
