Job Title: Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Lettings Team as a Customer Service Co-Ordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants, while also supporting the lettings process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the End of Lease process and reference checking
- Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department
- Maintain databases and ensure regular updates
- Support viewings and inspection process
- Support the Residential Sales Team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Ability to drive and access to own car
What We Offer:
