About the Role

Altum Consulting is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our Assets Advisory Practice. As a global leader in the Management Consulting space, we offer market-leading training and development, complex and intellectually challenging projects, and opportunities to work directly with senior-level decision makers.

This role is part of our Capital Projects Team, which provides strategic advisory and delivery services to a global network of corporate and public sector clients. We utilize the latest technology and industry insights to help clients optimize their real estate and infrastructure strategy, investments, and operations, and achieve sustainability goals.

The team consists of a diverse mix of experienced Management Consultants, Chartered and Quantity Surveyors, Commercial and Procurement Consultants, Project and Programme Managers, Engineers, Cost Consultants, and Technology specialists.

We are currently seeking multiple Assistant Directors with prior Management Consulting experience in Capital Projects Delivery and/or Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Public Sector and its operations, as well as experience managing stakeholder environments and business case and approval processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and growth of the business by building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Bring Management Consulting expertise to your work and clients, including an understanding of the Public Sector and how it operates.
  • Manage associated stakeholder environments and business case and approval processes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a consulting firm, preferably in Capital Projects Delivery and/or Asset Management.
  • Strong understanding of the Public Sector and its operations.
  • Experience managing stakeholder environments and business case and approval processes.
