Resourcing and Workforce Development Partner

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our people resourcing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering effective recruitment strategies, ensuring the Trust meets its staffing needs. Your expertise will help reduce reliance on bank/agency staff and associated costs.
Your key responsibilities will include providing specialist resourcing advice, managing vacancy activity, and collaborating with hiring managers and divisional teams to achieve shared objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in international recruitment, including liaison with agencies and new recruit induction. Ongoing pastoral support will be provided to international recruits as they begin their employment journey with the Trust.
A minimum of degree-level education and CIPD qualifications or equivalent experience are required for this role. Strong knowledge of Agenda for Change terms and conditions is a must. This position involves a DBS check.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £45,000-£65,000, contingent upon your level of experience. If you possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for recruitment, we invite you to apply for this significant role within our organization.
