Job Summary:

Clinique is seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare and makeup products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their skin and makeup goals, and making personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Drive sales of our products, achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment and achieve high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • A desire to understand customer skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
