Location: Near Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £425 per day

CV Library is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer with numerous sites in Kent and East Sussex. The developer has pre-sold up to 80% of their properties before building.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring accurate cost management and budgeting.
  2. Work both in the office and on-site, liaising with contractors and stakeholders.
  3. Oversee procurement and contract management, ensuring smooth project execution.
  4. Collaborate with the development team to achieve project goals.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in residential development, with a strong understanding of construction processes.
  2. Experience working on the main contracting side, with a focus on project management.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  4. Valid driving licence, with a clean driving record.
  5. Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a degree in construction or a related field.
Compensation:
  1. £425 per day, with a car allowance and private healthcare.
