Job Summary:

Flotek is seeking a skilled Credit Control Manager to join its finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Sales Ledger, ensuring timely collection of invoices, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Ledger for all Group companies, ensuring timely collection of invoices and minimizing bad debts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and external parties to resolve disputes and improve processes
  • Administer Direct Debit platform, ensuring accuracy, integration, and reconciliation
  • Maintain Direct Debit collections, including failed collections & cancelled Direct Debits
  • Drive continuous process improvement, leveraging automation and technology
  • Oversee migration processes for acquisitions and banking changes
  • Stay up-to-date with developments from Access Pay and Xero, and drive improvements through development requests

About You:

You'll need a strong background in credit control, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and Staff Share Equity Scheme make this a compelling opportunity.
