About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our Digital Trading team at Hiscox. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the product design for eTrade builds across the Acturis panels and Hiscox extranets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Product Heads and Underwriting Management to define product requirements that work for our brokers digitally and are aligned with our underwriting approach.
  • Take a lead in optimising the Hiscox extranets through ongoing review of customer journeys using data and broker feedback, prioritising and delivering small change improvements.
  • Represent our digital trading roadmap with brokers; being available as an Acturis product expert to support opportunities and account management.
  • Work with the product governance team to embed a product review cycle for digital trading platforms, you will co-ordinate wording changes for digital platforms.

Requirements

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills; internally and externally.
  • Accomplished experience in an underwriting environment.
