Our client, a global institutional asset manager, is seeking a Sustainability & ESG Engagement Professional to support the growth of the firm's company engagement process within global equities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engagement plans and conducting ESG analysis on stocks in global equity portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

* Directly engage with companies (board and/or senior management level) to deliver positive outcomes in line with engagement objectives.
* Conduct ESG analysis on stocks across global equity strategies.
* Build important working relationships with the Investment team and assist with investment-related projects.
* Produce high-quality summaries of engagement activity and deliver relevant client communications on engagement work.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Relevant experience in a complementary field, preferably consulting, corporate development, governance, investor relations, or environmental/social expert role.
* Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
* Understanding of institutional investors and financial markets.
* Strong academic background, educated to degree level.
