Job Title: Installation Project Manager - Medical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to join our team in the medical equipment industry. As an Installation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and project managing the installation of medical and surgical equipment at hospital sites throughout Greater London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, plan, and install medical and surgical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and all associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
  • Organize and instruct all sub-contractors on site, liaise with various internal contacts and external customers, including hospital departmental managers, the sales department, and the project management department.
  • Develop relationships with building contractors and business partners, and interface with sales colleagues, customer service engineers, applications specialists, and commercial partners.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, from initial order to equipment handover.
Requirements:
  • Strong background working in an installation project management capacity, with practical knowledge of high value capital equipment installations.
  • Familiarity with building regulations, CAD, structural design, and electrical installations.
  • Ability to manage multiple 'cradle to grave' projects at one time.
  • Experience of the NHS, healthcare, medical device, and operational hospital environments is desirable.
