Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to join our team at Snowdon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of sprinkler system installations for commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  3. Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring seamless project execution.
  4. Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  5. Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  7. Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sprinkler Project Manager and at least 5 years experience in the sprinkler industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
