Fencing and Natural Stone Paving Products Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our Fencing and Natural Stone Paving Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to national and independent builders merchants, buying groups, and landscape stockists.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue for our Fencing and Natural Stone Paving Products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including national and independent builders merchants, buying groups, and landscape stockists
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Utilize CRM systems and Barbour ABI leads to drive sales and revenue growth
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, with a strong background in selling to national and independent builders merchants, buying groups, and landscape stockists
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its key players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Barbour ABI leads
