Job Title: Logistics Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Myanmarhumancapital as a Logistics Manager. The successful candidate will lead our Customer Service and Import License teams, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Service Team to deliver outstanding service quality that meets customer expectations.
- Manage the Export/Import License Team to ensure efficient application processing within set timelines.
- Develop and implement effective CRM mechanisms to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Plan monthly and quarterly work volume forecasts for regular customers.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to optimize cash flow forecasting and monitor operations costs.
- Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in export/import logistics, preferably at a management level.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Odoo.
- Results-driven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining open-mindedness and flexibility.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
