About This Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Land Manager to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing land acquisition and development projects, working closely with our clients to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the continued success of Kenton Black Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage land acquisition and development projects from inception to completion.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners and developers.
  4. Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential development opportunities.
  5. Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in land management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A strong understanding of land acquisition and development processes.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also receive:
