Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to children in the community, working closely with families to develop personalised care plans.
- Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, including IV therapies and medication management.
- Manage your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.
- An annual salary of up to £37,960, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
- A company car or car allowance of £4,877, supporting your work in the community.
- Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Healthcare Cover, and Death in Service (4x salary) benefits.
- 33 days of annual holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, and weekend and evening enhancements.
- Ongoing Training and Development, including professional registrations and company mobile phone and tablet device.
- Competency with IV therapies and a Registered Nurse qualification with a paediatric specialty.
