Paediatric Community Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Community Nurse to join our team at Indianitcompanies. As a Children's Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and their families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to children in the community, working closely with families to develop personalised care plans.
  • Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care, including IV therapies and medication management.
  • Manage your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.
