Are you a skilled Health and Safety professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our client's safety team as a Health and Safety Advisor. This role provides a chance to work across multiple locations, ensuring the business maintains its high safety standards while offering a clear path for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support sites within the Southern region, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and deliver safety training to site teams.
  3. Be a key member of the safety team to action changes throughout the division.
  4. Develop and implement safety improvement initiatives across operational sites.
  5. Provide guidance and support for ISO and safety management systems.
  6. Collaborate with the Senior EHS Advisor to strategize and oversee safety practices for the business.

The Ideal Candidate:
  1. A NEBOSH General Certificate or is currently studying towards one.
  2. Operational health and safety experience.
  3. A background in facilities management, distribution, manufacturing, or construction is desirable.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. A hybrid working pattern is offered, depending on weekly requirements.
