Rotational Graduate Engineer
Salary: Starting from £29000 + 5% SE Weighting per year plus Veolia Benefits
Location: Horsham
Programme Duration: 2 years
Candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process, including strength-based assessments and virtual assessment days, to identify the most suitable candidates for the role.
The successful candidate will join our graduate network and receive ongoing support throughout the programme.
During the programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects, and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career.
The graduate role will involve spending time to support the development of energy projects, from feasibility and through the bid and construction phases.
Offer an opportunity to rotate through the various Technical Direction teams to gain experience across the whole project cycle from feasibility to bid development, engineering and operational support.
Building close relationships with operations teams to assist with understanding site operational support issues.
Develop skills to model the technical and commercial viability of various options and identify costs, energy and carbon savings opportunities.
Provide and develop technical capability through feasibility studies and option assessment on industrial and building services energy saving measures.
Identify and manage development project risks and effectively manage the risk escalation process.
What we're looking for:- Degree level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (to be achieved by September 2025).
- An enthusiastic, creative and solution-oriented thinker.
- Driver's Licence (willingness to get one).
- Willingness to travel if required.
