We are seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join our Permanence Support Team at Oxfordshire County Council.

Job Role:

This role involves providing vital support to adopters, special guardians, children, and birth families through post-order services, workshops, and training sessions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Post-order support and guidance for adopters, special guardians, children, and birth families
