About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a key member of our Stewarding team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You'll work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that we're providing the highest level of service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the pot wash and dishwasher areas
- Ensure that all kitchen and dining areas are clean and safe
- Maintain all restaurant and kitchen materials
- Support the Supervisor on duty in leading the team during shift
- Follow our recycling policy and maintain a clean and sustainable work environment
