About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a key member of our Stewarding team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen and staff restaurant areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You'll also be responsible for supporting the Supervisor on duty in leading the team during shift.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that the team is working efficiently.
- Oversee the maintenance of all restaurant and kitchen materials, including dishes, silverware, and equipment.
- Implement and maintain our recycling policy, ensuring that we minimize our environmental impact.
- Work closely with the Supervisor on duty to lead the team during shift, providing guidance and support as needed.
