Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Porter to join our Catering and Kitchens team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Kitchen Porter Supervisor and Back of House Manager with daily tasks to maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Receive and move deliveries in a timely manner to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure correct stock rotation and follow cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Follow COSHH principles and training to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the organization of the day's workload with the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Level 1 Food Hygiene or higher.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen setting.
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing needs.
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
