Senior Energy Assessor/Sustainability Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy Assessor/Sustainability Engineer to join our team at Parkside Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies and preparing reports for planning submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thermal modelling and energy assessments to identify opportunities for energy efficiency.
- Oversee project design and specifications from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality projects.
- Stay up-to-date with new regulations and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve project outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant subject, such as building services engineering or environmental science, with 3-5 years of experience in the field.
- Knowledge of new regulations, including Part L and Part O, and experience in residential and education projects.
- Proficiency in IES Software, Level 5 Energy Assessor, SAP10, and Net Zero requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
