Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Thistle Foundation. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our client live an independent and fulfilling life.

About the Role:
This position requires a high level of personal care, companionship, and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence. You will need to have excellent communication skills, empathy, and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to the client, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with household chores and domestic duties
- Promote independence and encourage the client to participate in activities and hobbies
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Valid driving license and willingness to drive clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
