Leasing Operations Assistant

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the client's office at least 3 days a week. You will be required to be in office 5 days a week for the first few weeks whilst training commences.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily monitoring of the Leasing bank accounts, identifying and posting cash into the Alfa system of records and General Ledger via Manual Journal Entry.
Documentation processing - review and imaging
Recording of Deal Bookings onto internal system
Data entry
Customer service and inbox management
Key Skills:
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving, clear and articulate individual with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to details.
Excellent IT skills including experience using Excel.
Desirable Skills:
Leasing experience preferable
Understanding/ability to speak French, German or Spanish
Working Hours:
Standard working hours with some flex where required.
