Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team based in Milton Keynes. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, working closely with other colleagues to achieve our goals.

About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machines, conducting quality checks on finished products, sorting products according to specifications, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process. Your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in achieving your goals.

Key Tasks:
  1. Operate multiple machine types to produce high-quality products
  2. Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards
  3. Sort products according to product specifications and packaging requirements
  4. Meet or exceed productivity targets by optimizing processes and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in operating machinery, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of quality and productivity. You must also be willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on your experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including generous annual leave, group health insurance, and training and development opportunities.
