Office Management Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. As a Business Practice Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining office facilities, handling HR duties, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring the team has everything they need to thrive. You will also manage stock levels, oversee security contracts, and keep everything organized and on track.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience in office / practice management, ideally within a team of 40+ employees. You should be people-focused, a strong communicator, and thrive on taking the initiative. Experience in a law firm setting is an added advantage.
