Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for luxury travel?
Our client, a leading tour operator, is seeking an experienced Luxury Cruise Sales Consultant to join their team. With a focus on selling high-end cruise holidays, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling luxury cruise packages to clients.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a consultative approach to help them choose their perfect cruise holiday.
- Expert Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of luxury cruise products, destinations, and travel experiences.
- Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and create tailored cruise experiences.
- Follow-Up: Promptly follow up on client enquiries, leads, and feedback to ensure excellent service and repeat business.
- Customer Service: Handle all pre and post-cruise customer interactions professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, product, and service to deliver a seamless customer journey and achieve business goals.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury cruise sales, a strong understanding of worldwide destinations, and the ability to work from home. You will enjoy high commission rates and a basic salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience, along with uncapped OTE.
