Exciting Opportunity for an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at Robertson Stewart Limited T/A Robertson Stewart Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, with experience in service, maintenance, and repair. They will also have a good understanding of F-Gas certification and NVQ1 or 2 qualifications.

The role will involve working on a variety of sites in the East of England, including air conditioning, splits, VRV's, VRF's, refrigeration units, cold rooms, cold stores, blast chillers, and fridges. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary, overtime at time and a half, and ongoing training and progression opportunities. If you are a motivated and experienced engineer looking for a new challenge, please submit your updated CV for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Repair and troubleshooting of faults
  • Installation of new systems
  • Working with a variety of equipment, including air conditioning units, refrigeration units, and cold storage facilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ1 or 2 qualification
  • F-Gas certification
  • Experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
