Job Title: Adult Social Services Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Worker to join our team as a Locum for a 3-month contract in Adult Learning Disabilities, Northamptonshire. The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work, current registration with Social Work England, and significant frontline experience in Adults Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support and services to adults with learning disabilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, families, and other professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Degree in social work or related field
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
