About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Information Security Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure systems to protect our IT assets.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in information security engineering, with a focus on network infrastructure and application security. Strong knowledge of ITIL principles, security governance frameworks, and industry best practices will be essential in ensuring our systems meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing secure systems to protect our IT assets.
  • Responding to system alerts from various monitoring technologies.
  • Managing security tools to protect our systems.
  • Participating in security engineering projects to enhance our defenses.
  • Conducting thorough security investigations to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure information security requirements are met.
  • Creating and updating technical documentation to maintain knowledge sharing.
  • Performing daily routine security checks and verifications as per business requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in information security engineering with practical knowledge of application security.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, security governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Splunk ES practical experience is essential.
  • Complete understanding and practical security implementation experience in Microsoft and Linux OS.
  • Practical experience and understanding of NG Firewalls, SASE solutions, and privileged access management systems.
  • Good understanding of data encryption, key management, and PKI.
  • Knowledge of development in security technologies and automation principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud Security including GCP, Azure, AWS, Office 365.
  • Practical knowledge of Python, Java, and PowerShell.
  • Solid experience with EDR and XDR solutions for Windows, Linux, Mac, and containerization systems as well as email security gateway administration.

About Us

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.
