About the Role

This senior-level position requires a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of network security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of fundamental networking protocols, including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, etc., as well as experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, and/or DHCP servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy network security solutions and enhancements to existing network deployments, software, and operating systems.
  • Diagnose problems and troubleshoot issues related to network security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with other support team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues on customers' devices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of network security solutions.
  • Thorough comprehension of fundamental networking protocols, including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, etc.
  • Experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, and/or DHCP servers.
