Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in supporting students in an educational setting, with a strong understanding of teaching and learning principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering positive relationships.
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
  • A deep commitment to helping students succeed, with patience and empathy in interactions.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education, although this is not essential.
Benefits

We offer a competitive pay rate of £83.33 - £90.00 per day, depending on experience, as well as flexible work hours and opportunities for professional growth and development.
