Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Management Analyst to join our Core UK real estate investment management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting senior investment professionals on sales and acquisitions, preparing quarterly investor reports and presentations, and working closely with the finance team to manage updates to fund and project cashflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior investment professionals on sales and acquisitions
  • Prepare quarterly investor reports and presentations
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage updates to fund and project cashflows
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with MSCI in terms of benchmark reporting and liaison
  • Assist in the oversight of third-party managing agents to drive asset performance
  • Support the core team on strategic growth initiatives across the business
  • Work with other members of the Core team to drive key ESG initiatives at both a portfolio and asset level
Requirements
  • 1 to 4 years' experience working in real estate investment management, private practice, or real estate investment banking/corporate finance
  • Excellent numerical and modelling skills, with the ability to build models in Microsoft Excel from scratch
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A desire to grow into an investment management function over time
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to contribute to a positive culture and work well under pressure
