About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Team ITG. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan that aligns with our lead gen targets, focus sectors, and key capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with our lead gen targets, focus sectors, and key capabilities
  • Create compelling and relevant multichannel marketing content through a variety of marketing assets and materials
  • Collaborate with our Social & Digital manager, New Business and Sales team to ensure we're understanding and reaching the right prospective clients through our targeted campaigns
  • Manage the marketing of our four pillars across our websites, implementing digital performance strategies and SEO, as well as creating new landing pages for campaigns, case studies, and more

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working across multichannel lead-gen campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of what content works in different channels, including LinkedIn, PR, and events for a B2B audience
  • Digital experience across websites as well as experience producing video content for campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret results from marketing campaigns and make decisions on next best action
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with SMEs from a range of disciplines
  • Second-to-none project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
