Job Description
  • To conduct regular site visits to ensure specifications are met and customer expectations are positively managed.
  • Responsible for completing monthly audits and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • In charge of issuing and controlling staff uniforms, managing materials and equipment, including repairs, stock control, and ordering within a set budget.
  • Ensuring contract COSHH assessments sheets and risk assessments are completed.
  • Assisting with performance management, HR practices, and training employees to meet standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding Site Managers and supervisors to maximize contract KPIs and team performances, while promoting a harmonious working environment and supporting recruitment procedures efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess at least five years of management experience in the contract cleaning sector.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Based in Bristol or the M5 corridor up to Cheltenham, with a company car, fuel card, phone, and laptop provided.
