As an Sales Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dealerships sales team to ensure a smooth operation of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will be organised and have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging purchase of vehicles
  • Arranging and organising the delivery of vehicles
  • Setting up, transferring, arranging PDI, job cards for vehicles
  • Producing invoices, warranty documents
  • Ordering, contracting and taxing vehicles
  • Reviewing sales reports
  • Supplying Sales Admin support to dealerships
  • Supplying Sales Admin to Retail dealers
  • Be proactive in dealing with queries on the phone and email
  • Managing customer records
  • Provide exceptional customer service

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including employee discount on vehicles and service, pension scheme, company benefits platform, company events, free eye tests, and free parking.
