About the Job:

As a key member of our culinary team at Sodexo, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and passion for kitchen excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard, showcasing your expertise and passion for culinary excellence.
  • Kitchen Operations: Assist with running service, preparation, and other duties in a busy working kitchen, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality food presentation.
  • Sanitation and Quality Control: Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow established standards and regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software and technology.
  • Personal Qualities: Enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills, demonstrating a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
