As a Culinary Specialist at Marie Curie's Edinburgh Hospice, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality catering services to our patients, visitors, volunteers, and staff. Your expertise will contribute to a warm and welcoming environment, enhancing the overall experience for everyone.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and preparing menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  2. Maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen space to ensure food safety and quality
  3. Engaging with patients to gather feedback and tailor the catering service to meet their individual needs

Enjoy a competitive salary of £26,869 to £28,998 per annum, pro rata, plus enhancements. As a permanent part-time employee, you will work 15 hours per week, with two days off during the week. You can choose from early or back shifts, starting at 06:30 pm or 09:30 pm.
