Manufacturing Excellence Engineer

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to join their team in Lisburn. This exciting opportunity involves contributing to the development of innovative monitoring technologies for electrical power transformers and other substation assets.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of projects that support business growth, improve global supply chain processes, and enhance product quality. Key responsibilities include project planning and execution, communication of project status and risks, and leadership of process validation plans.
Key Requirements- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Degree in Engineering or Science.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include a comprehensive health insurance plan, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
