We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Development Lead to join our Project Engineering Team, responsible for driving the development of new and existing products.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development of new and existing products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and company standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or HNC/HND (Mechanical, Aerospace or Manufacturing) with associated engineering experience.
- At least 5 years relevant experience within a tool design/engineering environment.
- Strong CAD experience, preferably in Catia, with knowledge and understanding of manufacturing tolerances and Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience working in an Engineering/Production manufacturing environment.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus health insurance and contributory pension scheme.
