">About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Manufacturing Expert to join our team at Hunter Savage. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
">- Design and develop manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Analyze production workflows and identify areas for process improvements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve issues impacting quality, safety, or efficiency.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or similar role in a production environment.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
