About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Tesco team as a Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
- Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers, working well within a team and communicating openly with others.
- Be at work on time, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
