About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at our Ballygomartin Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Support the store management team in achieving business objectives and implementing company initiatives.
