To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualifications recognized by the UK or NARIC
  • A strong background in teaching, preferably in primary education or secondary education looking to transition to primary
  • Effective behaviour management strategies
  • Flexibility and reliability for last-minute bookings
  • The ability to manage your own schedule, balancing pre-booked days and unexpected morning calls
  • An open mind and willingness to face new challenges each day
