Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our valued customers to identify business requirements and weave them into innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions, crafting user stories and top-notch software designs.
  • Provide updates to senior SAP technical team colleagues, Project Managers, and Delivery Directors on assigned engagements.
  • Guide businesses towards optimized processes and IT automation, making their visions a reality.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on configuration and system administration experience with SAP HCM Payroll - Knowledge of ROI payroll and UK payroll.
  • Ability to support the planning/architect new project requirements.
  • Competent in SAP implementation methodologies such as Activate.
  • UK DV or SC clearance will be required to work on many of our projects.
