We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Principal Enterprise Fellow, Future Worlds. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in engaging, supporting, and accelerating aspiring university startup and spinout founders to turn their ideas into successful startups.
Our purpose-built Accelerator Space is at the heart of a thriving startup culture at the University of Southampton, where we cultivate a diverse community and inspire the next generation of tech visionaries. With a strong network of multi-millionaire investors, experienced mentors, and corporate partners, we provide a unique opportunity for our startups to succeed.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to engage and support university startup and spinout founders
- Providing guidance and mentorship to our startups to help them overcome challenges and achieve success
- Building and maintaining relationships with our network of investors, mentors, and corporate partners
- Collaborating with our team to develop and deliver programs and services to support our startups
