About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coffee Maestro to join our team at our brand-new flagship leisure centre. As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and training other baristas in the art of crafting great coffee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in all areas of the operation
  • Train and develop baristas to deliver the best coffee experience possible
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and coffee quality are maintained
Requirements

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual who is passionate about coffee and customer service. You should be reliable, committed, open, and honest, and be willing to act as a role model for other baristas. You should care about customer service, the coffee you and your colleagues serve, and the wider leisure centre.
